Privacy policy
TarePlan collects only the information needed to create accounts, save planning work, send launch updates when requested, and keep the service secure.

Account creation collects a name, email address, password hash, selected workspace type, and basic session cookie data.
Waitlist submissions store the submitted name, email, note, and source so launch updates can be sent.
Account projects may include property names, ZIP codes, room layouts, object labels, budgets, planning notes, and optional inspiration-board images or links.
Inspiration and product images may be compressed in the browser and stored in Cloudflare R2. TarePlan stores the object key, delivered image URL, caption, source link, and project ownership record. Existing uploads may remain in Cloudflare Images during migration.
Basic request information may be used to keep the service working, protect accounts, rate limit abuse, and understand product interest.
Invite-only contractor and furniture accounts store public business details, service or product pricing, listing impressions, and website or phone click counts. Visitor identities are not shown to partners.
When selected at login, the browser stores the account email on that device and keeps a secure session cookie for up to 30 days. TarePlan never stores the password in the browser.
The sample project works without photo uploads, documents, exact addresses, payment cards, or private home records.
How data is used
Information is used to operate the product, save room plans, show estimates, respond to waitlist interest, maintain verified business listings, measure listing engagement, prevent abuse, and improve the planning experience.
Children and age limits
TarePlan is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Account creation requires confirmation that the person creating the account is at least 18 years old.
Sharing and service providers
Data may be processed by hosting, database, security, analytics, and email tools needed to run TarePlan. TarePlan does not sell personal information.
Access and deletion
Account holders can use Account Settings to correct profile information, export personal data, clear a remembered browser email, change a password, or permanently delete the account and saved projects. Requests can also be handled through the contact path listed on the site or by reaching the founder directly while the product is early.
Session choices
Without Remember me, the login uses a browser-session cookie and expires within 12 hours. The saved email can be removed by unchecking Remember me during the next login or by clearing the browser's site data.
Privacy caution
Project names, object labels, and notes should avoid sensitive personal details. The sample project is designed to work without requiring private home data.
